Erica Blumenfeld brings more than 15 years of experience in teaching, gardening, and community engagement to her work in real estate. She loves helping people find the right fit, whether that means a first home, a place to put down roots, or a property that supports the lifestyle they envision.

As an educator and mentor, Erica takes a thoughtful, personable approach to working with clients. She believes in listening carefully and making the process feel approachable and manageable from start to finish. Her knowledge of Western North Carolina and appreciation for its homes, land, and communities give her a unique perspective when helping clients navigate the local market.

Outside of real estate, Erica enjoys trail running, hiking, live music, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their dog. She feels lucky to call Western North Carolina home and is excited to help others find their place here.
